Setting up a small Vetiver Nursery

I like the blog to start a discussion for planting vetiver plant for stabalizing slopes and also for improvement of water quality of waste water in remote localities. For example i come out of a neighborhood near Taxila in Northern Pakistan and want to put up initially a small nursery of vetiver plant(South Indian type with deep roots). We can start discussion for the first step to be taken in this regard.
